Return Policy
Greeting Cards
I want you to be entirely satisfied with your greeting card purchase. If for any reason you are not, please email me at studio@fionacalderdesigns.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with your name, address, telephone and order number. I will then provide instructions on where to return your cards for a refund. (With the exception of sale items which cannot be returned, but please get in touch if they have been damaged on delivery).
Cards must be returned within 28 days of receipt. They must be in their original condition and returned in the original packaging. The cards must be unused, unmarked, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage unless the cards are faulty or the order was filled incorrectly. Please keep proof of postage for any returned items. I can not consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one. I will process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
All Other Products
With the exception of greetings cards all of the products on this website are made to order and so cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If this is the case please follow the instructions below.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive faulty or damaged items please email me at studio@fionacalderdesigns.co.uk within 4 days of receiving your order with your name, address, telephone and order number, providing a clear description and digital photographs of the problem. I will then provide instructions on how to proceed.
Usually you will be asked to return the item for a refund or replacement, but please do not return an item without contacting me for instructions first.
I will refund the cost of posting a faulty or damaged item once the item is received.
If an item has been damaged during shipment, please email me within 3 days of receipt of goods with your name, address, telephone and order number. Please provide a clear description and digital photographs of the damaged items and packaging. These photos will be used for submitting an appropriate claim to the shipping carrier.
Claims of non-delivery must be made within 28 days of dispatch.
