RETURN POLICIES

Return Policy for Framed Prints

This return policy refers to framed prints sold through the ‘Fiona Calder Designs’ main website, not those on my Redbubble shop. (See the Redbubble returns policy for those).

I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, please email me at studio@fionacalderdesigns.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with your name, address, telephone and order number, providing a clear description and digital photographs of the problem. I will then provide instructions on how and where to return your order.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Your item(s) must be in original condition and re-packed in the original packaging.

Please keep proof of postage for any returned items. I can't consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one. Items should be returned using tracked postage, requiring a signature.

Claims for damage must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Damaged goods and packaging must be retained for inspection by the carriers.

 

Claims of non-delivery must be made within 28 days of dispatch.

When your returned Item(s) has been received, I will refund or replace your order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

 

 


Return Policy for Unframed Prints

This return policy refers to unframed prints sold through the ‘Fiona Calder Designs’ main website.

As prints are made to order, unframed prints are non-returnable except where damaged or faulty.

I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, please email me at studio@fionacalderdesigns.co.uk within 14 days of the original order date with your name, address, telephone and order number, providing a digital photograph of the fault and a clear description of the problem. I will then provide instructions on how and where to return your order for either a replacement or a refund.

If a print is damaged during shipment, please email me at studio@fionacalderdesigns.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of goods with your name, address, telephone and order number, so that I can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged prints replaced or refunded. Please provide some digital photographs of the damaged prints or packaging. These photos will be used for submitting an appropriate claim to the shipping carrier as well as for my internal use.

Return Policy for Greeting Cards

This return policy refers to greeting cards sold through the ‘Fiona Calder Designs’ main website.

I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, please contact me through my contact form or email me at studio@fionacalderdesigns.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order with your name, address, telephone and order number, providing a clear description of the problem. I will then provide instructions on how and where to return your order for either a replacement or a refund.

Greeting cards must be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days, undamaged and in re-salable condition. 

It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage unless the cards are faulty or the order was filled incorrectly. I advise you to use tracked postage requiring a signature when returning items, as I am unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until I receive them.

 

Return Policy for Products Sold Through the ‘Fiona Calder Designs’ Shop on the Contrado Website.

This return policy refers to products sold through my Contrado store which opens as a separate page when linked product buttons on my homepage, or links on my menu are clicked on.

Non-Faulty Goods: Returns cannot be accepted of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalised or customised specifically for you.

Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it within 14 days. 

Contact Contrado’s customer service team using their contact form, quoting your name and order number. 

A customer service representative will then talk you through the returns procedure which can often be eased by providing a digital photograph of the fault along with a clear description of the problem in an email to their customer support team.

Please send written notice and return the product to Contrado Imaging Ltd. Please do not send your products back to Contrado Imaging Ltd without contacting a member of their team first.

Return Policy for Products Sold Through the ‘Fiona Calder Designs’ Shop on the Redbubble Website.

This return policy refers to products sold through my Redbubble store which opens as a separate page when linked product buttons on my homepage, or links on my menu are clicked on.

Returns can be submitted within 90 days after receiving your order for most items.

Please note that occasionally you may notice a slight smell from your purchase. Don’t worry, this smell is just a by-product of the printing process and it’s only temporary.

To submit a return request you need your email address and Redbubble order number to fill in their returns form.


Size & Style Exchanges

 

If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, a replacement can be given for situations where the wrong case or skin style was ordered.

To submit an exchange request you need your email address, Redbubble order number, and new product style and/or size to fill in their exchange form.


Return Policy for Redbubble Masks

Due to the nature of this product, masks can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
